We’re proud to introduce the booster seat with a car restraint system! Every child who outgrows a standard car seat legally needs to ride in a booster with a backrest in the car. However, a booster seat doesn’t come with extra safety options, except for the mandatory 3-point seat belt installed in the car. The standard car restraint system can’t be mounted on a booster with a backrest.
Kids who tend to unbuckle or climb out of the seat belt need extra security. In the Cybex Solution booster seat, we’ve developed a suitable car restraint system. This way, children up to 135 cm can ride safely in the booster.
For the little and big escape artist…
Children who have just outgrown a Group 1 car seat can sit in the booster with car restraint system. This way, you can make sure that kids who open the 3-point belt themselves and/or wriggle out of the belt can travel safely in the car.
It's really easy to ‘expand’ the combination as your child grows. The base belt is loosened and the booster can be enlarged using the standard adjustment. Then you tighten the base belt again and the booster with the car restraint system is ready to use. No tools are needed!

Seatbelt buckle cover
If a child in the car opens the latch of the mandatory 3-point seatbelt on their own, a dangerous situation arises.
Prevent this with the cover cap for the seatbelt insertion point. Of course, available in our webshop.

When using the booster seat with car restraint system, using the standard 3-point seat belt is mandatory.
Using the booster seat with car restraint system is at all times at your own risk.
Only lock the lockable side release buckles if it is really necessary.
We advise (especially when used by third parties) to make sure all parties involved know that a person is being transported with a booster seat with car restraint system.
We strongly recommend keeping the supplied seat belt cutter in the car/taxi(van).
